At Century Notary New York, we recognize that unforeseen circumstances may arise, leading to the need for appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Kindly review our cancellation policy for clarity on your rights and obligations.

• If appointments are canceled within 3 hours, a $75 cancellation fee will apply. 
• This fee also covers instances such as missing ID verification, late document submission, or no-shows, ensuring fair compensation for reserved time.

• Feel free to reach out if you need to change your appointment, we'll work together to find a new time that suits you! Please give at least 3 hours' notice to avoid a $75 fee.

• If you miss your appointment without canceling, a $75 no-show fee may apply.

• We may decline services to individuals who frequently cancel or reschedule appointments without adequate notice.

• If a closing doesn't go as planned and one party cancels after documents have been notarized, the full price of the agreed closing cost stands and shall be paid by the party responsible for the cancellation.
